Farmer’s son in J&K cracks IES exam

Kulgam (J&K), Aug 02 (ANI): Tanveer Ahmad Khan of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district has secured second rank in the IES examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Tanveer is a son of a rickshaw-puller and farmer. He is the first boy from the valley to qualify the exam. Tanveer Ahmad Khan comes from a poor family as his father was a seasonal rickshaw puller and presently a farmer. While it was definitely a hard journey, it kept Tanveer going was hope.
