Anantnag (Jammu and Kashmir), Sep 28 (ANI): A youth from remote village of Jammu and Kashmir, Waseem Ahmad Bhat cracked UPSC Civil Services Examination 2020 by securing 225th rank. He hails from Dooru Shahabad area of Anantnag district in South Kashmir. Waseem completed his studies from a government school in Dooru. People of  village are proud of Waseem Bhat’s accomplishment.
