Description
Video info
In Afghanistan, the Taliban’s rule has had a devastating impact on Afghan women. Since their takeover in August last year, the Taliban has restricted women's freedom and has failed to fulfil any commitments regarding girls' education and other women's rights. Women who hoped the Taliban would reform their extreme views have been let down by the new stringent restrictions imposed on them. In India's Jammu and Kashmir, the situation is tense. Over the last few months, the region has seen a surge in terrorist attacks against the Hindu minority. In the latest incident, Pak backed terrorists targeted and killed Puran Krishan Bhat. The victim was a farmer by trade and was shot by the terrorists on his way to orchard in the Shopian district.
