More than 23,000 projects were presented by participants from all regions of Russia at the "Strong Ideas for a New Time" forum

This year's "Strong Ideas for a New Time" forum presented projects in the social and technological spheres, human resources policy, ecology and entrepreneurship. People from all regions of Russia sent in applications for the competition. Anyone could propose an initiative. For example, Darya Tokareva from St. Petersburg came up with an idea to create a list of recyclable products for public procurement. Now her team is creating furniture and building materials from disposable tableware, sawdust and organics. And Vyacheslav Temkin and his engineers have developed engines that will be able to stay in orbit 200 kilometres from the earth thanks to the use of atmospheric residual gases. The "strong ideas" collected at the forum not only found recognition, but also showed what the country lives for today.
