Four long years and thousands of steps to the Great Victory: the diplomats from Latin America and the Caribbean were told about the heroism of the Soviet people through an exhibition on the Great Patriotic War. Representatives of the embassies laid wreaths on Poklonnaya Hill and discussed projects to preserve historical memory for future generations.
